Vexion provides digital and web design services, including website development, online presence, brand integration, and related automation systems. The exact scope of every engagement is defined in writing before the project begins.

Estimated timelines are communicated at the start of each project and may vary depending on complexity, client feedback, and third-party dependencies. Vexion commits to clear communication throughout the process.

All pricing, deliverables, and revisions are agreed upon in writing before work begins. Any change in scope may require an updated estimate. Payments follow the schedule outlined in the project agreement.

Clients retain full ownership of their brand assets, content, and any material provided to Vexion. Upon final payment, clients also own the final delivered website and its custom code, excluding third-party libraries and platform-level tooling.

Vexion is not liable for issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, domain registrars, or external integrations (including outages, data loss, or pricing changes). We will, however, support clients in resolving such issues whenever possible.

Any non-public information shared during a project is treated as confidential and is used solely to deliver the agreed work.

These terms may be updated over time. Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
